Do I actually need remove the fan shroud and fan to install the new JDM inter pulley? Can I just squeek the stock one out and the new one in from the bottom?

I dont have the interchangeable setup but I did mine from the bottom...There is no need to remove the fan and/or shroud............JR

Do I need a new belt for installing the 4lb'r? Or will the stock one still fit?

You can use the stock belt but you must break off the stop tab on the belt tensioner or you'll never get it on. Thats what I did. It works fine.

 

According to JDM, you can use the stock belt for the 4 pounder but you have to break the tab off the tensior so that it will swing out farther.
