Center Console Mod
Can someone enlighten me on the Center Console mod? What is done to the passenger seat?
Is the center piece cut off, then re-upholstered, or is it another drivers seat?
Is there someone in the NY/NJ area that does the seat work?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes the seat needs to be cut.It is the passengers seat.The middle console gets unbolted and the seat gets cut and reapolstered.There is a couple things you need to get from ford because the seat now needs a support asssembly,handle,spring assembly.
Part #s- F65Z-1561709-CAJ (support assembly)
YL3Z-1563100-BB (Spring assembly)
YL3Z-15603A86-BAA (Handle assembly)
You are in luck about somebody in NY/NJ that will do the seat

BADAZZ516 (Vinnie) was the first to have it done by them and I was the second(also VINNIE).So they have done two already.
Ask for george.
Also you need a expedition console(obviously)
