I was just wondering, can you run the Ls on midgrade gas or does it have to be the high octane?

 

You must run on premium unleaded....91 octane minimum....JR

 

Your eng will be eating pistons instead of chevys if you use a fuel with a lower octane rating than 91. It's one of the prices we pay to play ......even if you don't race it.

Dude, you bought a $32 truck to play and have fun with it. Why give it anything less than the best? On a supercharged beast, why risk ruining your engine? The consequences might not be as bad on a N/A engine, but these are supercharged.
