there was a place on ebay use to have them
for 280 or so,i cant find them anymore.
anyone know a reputable place online to
get them besides crutchfield?

There is a company called Nexxon Car Audio that carries them for $319 shipped to your door. I bought one for my dakota from them. Basically they will have it drop shipped to you. If I remember correctly, it took about 2 weeks to get it. Their web-site is www.nexxon.com Hope this helps....
