TSB for rear window seal?

TSB for rear window seal?
Dealer aorund here says that the sinking in is normal. I want ot throw a TSB on him to shut him up, anyone got it?

Yes thats what I'm talking about, the seal is all sunkin in. No probelm Chris, mail sent.
