StrikesTwice

This goes for all !!!
Married or not look out for all potential females who want to pilot your truck.

Your L's life is in your hands

I finally let my girl friend drive my truck last night driving home from the store which is about 1.5 miles away so i figured nothing could go wrong. She pulls out of the parking lot and drives like 10 mph under the speed limit. I start laughing cause i can tell she is real nervous. Once we get on a road that is close to my house i tell her to floor it. We are goin about 30-35 she stabs it. The thing kicks down and the S/C starts to whine only for a split second then she lets off before the tires even really break loose. I just start laughing at her and ask whats wrong you scared. She looks over at me and smiles and says Yeah a bit. I don't know if she will ask me again for a while.

Geez, I don't know if I could let my sweetie take my L ( if I had one). She would probably do me like WrongdayJ's wife did, leave me friggin standin to go pick up some other sute guy in a nice shiney, fast truck. On the other hand she knows how I love and treat my vehicles so she might be to scared to do very much. We'll see one day soon I hope. Thinking about getting a used L.

I guess I've got it good... My wife has no interest in my Lightning at all. She drove it once last weekend for the first time (I've had it a year and a half), and that was only because I was Zaino'ing her GTP. She said she hated the way it drove, felt like she was hauling a trailer.

I'm in the same boat with Madhouse. Life is good; she doesn't drive my truck and she doesn't question what the big brown truck is always doing at the house. Now if we could get 94 octane for $1.39........
