... tell me if it is possible to put the stock '01 grilles in my '99? I really hate my honeycomb grilles, and would like to change over to these with changing the whole bezel.

My brother put a stock 01 Lightning grill in his 2000 F-150 with no problem.Should be the same.
Badazz516 and SvtrobG have also done it to there 2000s.

i know for a fact that the lower valance is the same, i had to get a new bumper cover for my 2000 and the place i bought it from only had 2001+ covers and the grill mounting was the same, only diff. was the fog light mounts, as for the upper ?????

Thanks guys. Maybe Badazz516 and SvtrobG will chime in to tell how it can be done. I remember hearing that the 2001 was a different size opening than the 99,00 - so, that's why I was double checking.
