Sorry to here that, but i have a better one then that mine is also a month old 2002. On mothers day a 100mph wind picked up the deck table and umbrella and drop it on my new L. Then in the same week it almost got hit by a tree that got struck by Lightning, I got lucky on that one. So i've decided to name it "The Devil", hense my username.

My boss has two more payments on her car, and same a$$hole take the whole passenger side out, then he took off. No Ins. Good news is they caught the Sumb!tch about two hours later. No it's not a L, but still.

I'm assuming this happened while you were away from the truck, otherwise it would have been, a "hit and run, and catch, and kill" post. That sucks your truck got hit. :-/

Later,

I had something like that where the wind threw stuff into my truck, two months after I had my truck the wind blew over a basketball goal right into my windshield thus calling for a new windhshield... man did that storm suck!!

Kuan,

The same thing happened to me about 2 month after I got my Lightning, except it was on the passenger bed side. The insurance picked it up and cut my deductable down because it is considered an uninsured motorist accident. The whole passenger bed had to be replace along with touch ups on the rim. I think the guy must of had his eyes closed while driving to do that type of damage. Anyways, good luck and the worst part is not getting it fixed, it is waiting for it to be done with being fixed.
