I believe that law has been amended. Now you do need to wear seatbelt in trucks. It is relatively recent, and still generally unknown. I only learned of it because we had to gangpile into my friend's (a prosecutor who was previously a solicitor) single cab truck a few months ago.
Anyone else heard of this? I did a search online but didn't find anything

I wear my seatbelt all the time if I am going to be going over 35, but since i got the truck I have gotten used to not wearing the belt on my way to and form work.......I live less than 2 miles from work I never get over 35mph. I thought it was legal... would hate to get a ticket from something so simple.
