ok, my father saw a yellow lightning at a dealer in west memphis arkansas.. and today he told me he saw a truckload of them, yellow lightnings, with flat black hoods going somewhere.. am i missing something, or is it a new 03 color?

Sounds like those Boss 5.4's some dealers have which come in yellow. Nothing fancy, just some appearance mods.

 

i didnt think they were lightnings myself, but when he told me he saw a truckload of them today it had me thinking..

 

Yeah I've seen them they are the Boss F-150's but I wouldn't call them crap. After all they are Ford's, and they have 5.4's in them. I felt the interior and the dual's on them were pretty nice, but they are nowhere near how great the Lightning is. I think they are selling them for around $30K as well....No thankyou I think I would spend a little more and get an L.

 

Those Boss F-150's are crap!! I drove on this past weekend and it's way to heavy for what little power they have! The suspension isn't that great either. And guess what the MSRP was... are you ready for this??? $37,000!!! No thanks... I love my Lightning!!!
