All the Lightning's up there and no one has a computer? Anyone body got one in there hotel room so they can tell us what's going on. Is there a WFC web site with updated info? I guess I am going to start going just so I can teach them all how to use a loptop and borrow a phone line

I must admit I posted their website only after a quick glance of the home page and it appeared it would have some relevant information. After all, the headline referenced that the rain was over - so I figured it was current. It was only after I posted that I visited that site and realized it was nothing more than advertising.

Sorry that Crazyone, thepawn, and my good friend Cory all got their shorts in a knot over this. Sure am glad you all never make a mistake. You guys seem like you would hate yourselves over this. Oh well.

 

Actually, Larry, my reference was more to what most of your replies on the board are, period. You are rude, condescending, overly sarcastic, purposefully confrontational and usually a jerk...but hey, this is the US, and you are welcome to be what you want. Just as I have my choice to not like you until you've shown me my opinion is mistaken and you are a nice guy.

So far the fastest lightning in the pro class is JL with a 11.3x. Sal has run a best of 11.4x. Sal is having some major launching problems. Jim isn't running his L but he is running one of his customers 02 True Blue and ran a 12.03 on the brakes to keep out of the 11's since the truck doesn't have a cage. It is freezing cold here, so I left before the last round of qualifying on Saturday so the times above may have changed. But WFC was rained out Thursday and Friday so the times above are for the 1st and 2nd qualifying rounds.

Cool weather with a slight headwind on Sat. Lightnings 1st. runs about 10am, 2nd about 6pm. Some car fires and blown engines really slowed the program. Weather today looks good for some fast times.
