Jersey people, rain date tomorrow: Sunday for SVTOA meet!
what a day... today we got rained out again on what was supposed to be a big SVT meet... lucky for the organizers tomorrow should be a sunnier day and good for them that they chose to have a rain date tomorrow...
(it was good for me also since I didn't have to go to Philly because of the rain for the Crown Vic meet, and my SVT friends weren't too pissed at me that I chose the Crown Vic crowd over them, LOL I hate coinsiding meets, D'oh! lol)
Anyway, the meet is still a go for tomorrow, Sunday May 19th from 11am to 5pm.
Its my understanding that this is an official SVTOA of NJ/NY meet so there will be a $5 buck charge for the SVTOA members to enter and $8 bux for non-members (my grand plan is to pretend I'm a PO and sneak in for free, LOLOL) Honestly I think they're charging because they will have door prizes as well as trophies for best in a class, so go in and you might actualy win something!
Justin@JDM said he should stop by so if you got any JDM related questions come bug him, he loves to be bugged about work on his day off, LOL you shoulda seen his reaction when I asked how much a chip was and he flipped on me that it was his day OFF, hahah!!!
Anyway, again to reiterate the location is at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne NJ.
Its in Passaic county and is conveniently located at the intersection of RT 46 and RT 23.... its right at the exit off of I 80, I believe exit 52.... this should put you right into the mall. The timeslot is from 11:00am to 5:00pm.... Please bring family and friends and anyone else who might be interested to go with you (hint: HOT CHICKS please! lol) There is no Blue Laws in Passaic county so the Mall will be open and its very large so even if your passengers won't enjoy the car show they might enjoy shopping...
I will try to bring a few friends along also (we'll all sneak in pretending to be cops LMAO!) it really should be a lot of fun!

Hey Al,
I really hope so, its probably going to happen next month.
As you can see so far its been a rainy spring/summer so its not so great to plan too far ahead.
I wish I would of stayed there when we got rained out, people got free JDM t-shirts, instead I left and got myself a Careless Driving ticket... I wish I wasn't Stupid!
Oh well, I'll keep you posted on what will be happening, we'll try to plan it so there's no conflicts with other possible meets.

I think we should do another hOOters meet so that you come, hehe, you came last time, eh! lol
My friends were gonna go to the Nationals but they just called me and they'll be at Willowbrook, thats pretty cool to have another two cars!
I just went to fuel up my car, missed the exit and ended up at Willowbrook, initialy there were around 10 cars and two pulled in after me (a red GT and an SVT Focci) so people are coming... I left cause I still had to fuel up my car and get some friends together to go with me... my boy is coming from NYC to my house and we're heading out together in a few minutes...
It should be a lot of fun, I got a sneak peek at the trophies!
