You know what they say, a bad day at the drags beats a good day at work I saw Mr Bernstein lay down a 4.5 for the top spot but Andy Cowin in the New York Yankee fueler smoked the traps at 327 !!! Thats hauling Gary Densham was top dog in the funny cars with a 4.8 @320. Force was sandbaggin at a 5 (Atleast I hope so) And my new girlfriend Angelle Savoie went a 7.0 at 182 on her bike. Iam wet, drunk, sleepy and I can't wait for saturday. Later

Fast Gator, did you see Kinsella's nuclear blast. I understand he's ok.

 

`Yeah that was an explosion. First run of top fuelers and I had my camera in the case. I did catch Dean Skuza's explosion and body flying off his funny car, but I erased that photo so I could some of the "local action" Got to talk to John Force---A real class act and funny as hell Also got to shake Bernstein's hand and thank him for all the great years

 

 

 

 

John Force is a regular guy. We see him occasionally at one of the local Thursday night car shows here in La Habra. last time, he rode up on a Harley, followed by some of his crew guys in his Viper.

You wouldn't see an F-1 driver do that, would you?

 

Don't care about the F-1 drivers.....but F-1 groupies, thats a different story
