I just realized yesterday, while giving my interior a good spring cleaning, that there is a tiny lever on the back of the seats..that allows it to tilt all the way forward..giving better access to the rear compartments.

I let out a big "DOH!" for having the truck for a year and a half or more..and not noticing that yet.

 

if you run out of fun things to do whilst cleaning, you can try this trick..

pull up on the side lever to let the seat go forward, then push the rear lever to make the seat fold forward..

now you can spend a while trying to get it to latch back.. hehe.
it'll flop around like its broken..

Yep, that freaked me out the first couple of times I did it. I later learned the seatback needs to be "reset" by sliding the seat all the way forward, then pushing the seatback all the way down.
