Whats the gap for these plugs?

So, the IT-24 should be gapped at .040 or .032?

Depending on who you ask, you'll get different suggested gaps for different combos, but here is what I suggest:

Stock boost to +2psi using IT20s- .038-.042

+2psi to +4psi using IT20s- .036-.040

+4psi to +6psi using IT24s- .032-.038

over +6psi using IT24s- .030-.034

If you are running nitrous, subtract .002 from the above.

Remember that as you add boost, you increase cylinder pressure. As cylinder pressure goes up, it's harder for the spark to jump the gap. This is why we suggest to lower the gap, when you increase boost. Same goes for nitrous, more oxygen, more cylinder pressure.

On my truck, I run 18psi and 150 shot and my gap is .028. Anything over that, and the truck breaks up at high rpms.
