Suspension is in!
The suspension install is complete! Thanks everyone @JDM for a great time while I was down there, and thanks Rich for the excellent install and info.
(A sideline thanks from the OneLap tech's for things to watch for on a lowered truck)
The home ride felt awesome, can't wait to get the alignment and get it square! Woohoo.

Tomorrow comes the alignment and panhard bar up a notch. :)

You should have asked me while you had me on the phone, I have done Stans shocks, and I could have told you the trick to put them on.
I called Jim but you had left.
Hey how do you like your front spring shock combo???
Later bud

I called him, but they had the shocks on the truck by then.
Right now Dan's either sittin' in the alignment shop pacing back and forth, or he's driving around.
Dan don't forget to call me and let me know have things it rides!

It's about time he got them on!!!! Heck, I only spent 3 days making/gathering the parts for the install and one day in the rain doing it, followed by a call to Stan on how he could make the parts so it's a quick bolt on.
On the other hand, I wish JDM was a reasonable drive away so I could get some work done - hopefully he took advantage of being there. I know I would
Daniel, let us know how it rides!!!!

Hey guys,
Thanks for the help! I forgot the trick and this was the first set of front HAL's Rich has put in.
The ride seems great so far, but the alignment shop was closed, so I gotta do that tomorrow. I also need to move the panhard bar up a notch... so far, its sitting 1.5" lower..should drop another .5" if ROUSH's numbers are accurate.

They said to watch the base of the panhard bar mount (on the frame side)...they said they had the mount hitting the swaybar and had to cut it down a little.
They also said to watch for lateral movement with the swaybards hitting the springs...they ran into it on sharp turns while racing, but said with a 2" drop, it generally shouldn't be a problem.
They also told me about this awesome rear penske shock setup (with reserve resivoir). You can control BOTH sides of the valve setting on those shocks...$1200 for the set...very tempting.
