After market light bulbs
Do they really improve our stock bulbs [Heads/Fogs].If so would like to get your feed back on one that performs the best .Please give part #'s and brand name .Thanks Jimmy

Well the fogs will do exactly what you expect, increase the light output. Since for a 2001 and up fogs are a standard 9005, they shouldn't screw it up.
Brighter headlamps I'm not sure about, but F150s are pretty popular, I would expect they do in fact produce more light.
Just watch out for ricer beams. Anything over 5000K color temperature is sacraficing light output for "blue" tinting.
