Anyone know how much the dealer charges to put one of these in a 2001>??? Thanks in advance. Would be nice in case I ever lock my keys in seems like it would be easy since my like to lock by itself so much. I always put down my window just incase whenever it is running. -Mat-

my dealer told me they weren't allowed to make this mod to a pre-02 L. Sounded like total b******t to me - anyone had it done by their dealer?

DO NOT PAY YOUR DEALER TO DO THIS! Even if you have no mechanical ability, you can do this mod yourself in less than an hour. It is extremely easy to do especially with all of the how to's you can find on this site. You only need a couplf of different hand tools. Just my $.02
