what do you guys think of these wheels??

As some of you know I just put the 20' KMC thunders on my truck, Now my buddy wants them for his black 01. He is willing to trade me for his Enkei Aegis wheels with new F1's ( the photo attached shows them with the Michelin Pilots...too short) The Enkeis have a retail price of 800.00 apiece..Yikes...I put them up against my truck for comparison, the rears are 18x10 and the fronts are 18x9

What do you all think

I like the ones that don't look like they need to be on an acura.
But I'm a little biased. The onlt good aftermarket wheels I've seen are the chrome replicas, and the Torq Thrust series... though I don't think they make the torq thrusts for the F150. I'm not able to find them on the website, anyway.

Of the both there, I'd say the Thunders all the way. Even though they're like a chrome version of the '01-'02 model wheels. The other choice doesn't really mesh with the rest of the look the truck has. The Thunders look more fitting.

I like the Enkeis but not on the lightning. The thunders are much better IMO. Either way you decide will look good though.

Stay with the 20's Paul.................those 18's kinda remind me of a Cadillac with 13" deep dish rims, and tires that hang out the side of the wheel well. YUK.

They might look nice on something else..........and besides, $800 each for an 18" wheel.........R U NUTS?? UGH

stay w/the 20's man.

talk to u soon,
JC

Paul-- Keep the Thunders. You know they look better and if that wasn't enough, think how long the Enkie's will take to clean!!The Enkies are nice but I think you'll regret the trade later. BTW, I lost my phone book with your phone #. Went by riva, last Tues. but you were out. Do you still need the Busa? E-mail me if so.
