Hey Steve:

Your truck is very confusing
With the weather we had last night, there definately could have been better numbers for you.

Just out of curiosity, When is the next time you can come up to 41?
I'll pull my computer out of my 02 and swap into yours and see if there's a problem there.

Jason:

Thanks a lot for the help. Despite my truck's lackluster performance, it was a lot of fun to get to meet some people from this board.

I am going to try to go the weekend after the challenge, and see what's up. I am going to put the truck on the dyno as soon as I can get a spot, and pick everyone's brain down at WFC.

I really appreciate the offer on the ECU and will definitely take you up on it if I haven't found anything else by then.

Even though the pump is working on my intercooler, I am hoping that it might be running backwards or the pipes are reversed or clogged, or the pump is weak or something. My goal at WFC is to look at as many trucks as I can to see how their IC setup compares to mine.

Steve, if you come out tomorrow night we'll compare the routing with my 99. Hope this doesnt get too ugly, cause i'm the guy who has to fix it. At ay rate, i don't think the octane adjust thing is going to do much, but there is always hope........ Later Shawn

I noticedThe intercooler is full to the top 'this' in one of your posts........The intercooler is full to the top

It shouldn't be 'full' to the 'top'--it has a 'full' mark on its passenger side. It's abouut 2-3" from the top. If you really meant "full to the top" then it may not have enough air space to allow for circulation???? There is a drain pet**** somewhere near the pump.

maybe you have build up over your intercooler from the s/c rotors causing less air to pass through it?
