fuel rail

When removing the shrader valve what is the best way to remove fuel from fuel rail?

You can relieve the pressure by disabling your fuel pump (fuse or inertia switch) and starting the engine. When it dies, crank on it for several seconds to bleed off the pressure. There will still be some fuel in the rails, but it should no longer be pressurized...

Wrap a couple of shop rags around the valve/rail and press(by touch-small screw driver) in the valve in short spurts???

I don't know off the top of my head, bit it should be in your owner's manual.
