chrome plating rims

This may be a stupid question, but would it be practical to have your rims chrome plated rather than buy a new set of chrome replicas? Just wondering because I saw an advertisement for chrome plating and figured it would be cheaper. I don't know if the quality would be as good though.

I would like that address too.

I believe Bling Bling means really shinny and/or chromed.
