chip question

ordering a dual chip. curious about the what kind of set up is possible?. what else is there other than street/economy?what should i go with?

I have a 4way flip chip.

Street/Race/Cold weather/Economy

Other have some where the truck will not run, NOS programs, Top speed stuff...
