Larry, its not even worth arguing about because I can't remember wether or not I had thrown water in it in the first place. To each their own.

Here's another Lightning's measurements:
A dyno test was run on the 1999 Lightning with the long tube headers and exhaust system, mods included on the truck were: JDM chip, 4 Lb. Lower Pulley, Single Blade Throttle Body, Air Filter Kit, Electric Fan Kit, Cobra R Water Pump, and a Torque Converter.

Before Headers & Exhaust
397 HP 476 LB/FT

After Headers&Exhaust
432 HP 518 LB/FT
Like I said, mine wasn't a lab experiment, just some numbers... Take it as you will.

I used DynoTune Inc out of Maryland...they have a portible DynoJet (hence the WinPEP SAE graph).

Just for note Larry, if my tubes only gave me 4hp, that would mean stock my truck was running ~334rwhp stock, which I highly doubt...

360bhp * .15 loss = 54hp loss
360bhp - 54hp = 306rwhp

I own a 2000 with a stock 80mm MAF...so even if I was under rated from the factory:

370bhp * .15 loss = 55.5hp loss
370bhp - 57hp = 313rwhp

I -highly- doubt my truck had 400hp before, ESPECIALLY since I own a 2000 with a stock MAF on it:
398bhp * .15 loss = 59.7hp loss
398bhp - 59.7hp = 338.3rwhp
