new noises

Have a dual prog Superchip set on performance setting, b/bypass, and 4 lb pulley. I have new noises too. Should I be hearing a whine (other than from me) at all rpm and even decelleration? Plus is the cavitation anything to be concerned about? It runs fine and fast but the noise doesn't sound right. Am I being ****?

this high pitched whine comes at a steady rpm in any gear, like put in second and hold at 3k. It's in addition to what I can attribute to the blower. Would that be a belt? It is the factory belt. I guess I could spring for a new Gatorback to be sure and at least eliminate that. Thanks.
