B&M Trans Pan Users

Hey Guys,

I installed one of those B&M pans, but it was minus one bolt... I put it on anyway, stupid me... Of course, now it's leaking and I'm a dumbass. One: does 10 lbs/ft torque for the trans pan bolts seem a little low?

Two: where can I dig up another bolt? Mark from LFP is sending me one, but until then, I'm leaking....

I drove mine around w/o a bolt for a while and it never leaked. Never tighten more than they recommend beause you are asking to strip something.

Did you reuse the elastomeric gasket, or use the gasket supplied with the B&M pan?
