Poll: which wheels should I get

I'm going to get my wheels tommorow, but I'm having trouble deciding. I know there are plenty of really nice wheels out here but I've narrowed it down to either the 20" 01 chrome replicas or the 20" KMC Thundershttp://www.velocityauto.com/images/product_views/17_0.jpg

HELP...lol Thanks
Paul

Hey Paul, this is Brian, we talked online. I say you go with the KMC's. A lot of other people have the replica's and since your truck is very different, you can't follow the crowd.

My vote is for the KMC's, those would look really sweet on your already BAD A$$ ride.

I would go with the 2001 Chrome Replica Rims because I donot like all the holes in the KMC's and the 2001 Replica rims will not look outdated in the years to come like many after market rims do.
I got my 2001 Chrome 20x9 inch rims from Factory Reproductions Phone #909-984-6653 they are selling the rims at the best price and come with a 3 year Warranty and are made in America and each rim has it's own serial number and is dated.

Just my 2cents, djy

With your truck, definatly the Thunder wheels. They look sweet, even though they are about 639.3% larger than your truck in the picture. I like the fact that the spokes (didn't know what to call them) go all the way to the edge of the wheel.

DJY1 what are they running right now price wise to you know? I still might do those over the bofa's for the large price savings.

Ya i love the bofa's but might buy a set of these and roll them for the summer, since they are like 1/2 the price of bofa's, then sell them in the fall or spring. Not sure yet, i need to build a garage, get rims, and get my bike still soon =). So saving some money might be nice for now.

dtdionne, I lowered my Lightning with the Bell Tech 3/4 and Western Chassis 2 inch A-arms and C-section rear frame kit. My drop is close to a 4 inch front 4.5 inch rear.

I have seen your truck several times in person and have always thought that it would really "Pop" (not that the orange paint doesn't stand out a bit already ) with some chrome or polished wheels, guess it would just complete the look. I have always thought about adding chrome 20" replicas to my plain vanilla wrapper but with the custom paint I say go with the aftermarket wheels.
