Question Whats my gear ratio??

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what my gear ratio is now since putting on the 20's. I have 00 lightning and am running the stock 3:55 gears. Before i got the 20's i was wanting to put in the 3:73 gears. So i was wondering what you guys think my gearing has been knocked down to since the 20's. Also i was wanting the gears to be 3:73 so should i put 4:10's in to make it be around the 3:73 mark with the 20's? Only mods on the truck when i got the 20's put on are my upper pulley, Factory tech valve body, and bassani cat back. Truck was stripped before i took her for some work to the dealer and havent gotten around to putting the mods back on. When i put the 20's on it didnt feel like i lost anything either the truck was shifting like i had a chip at like 5500-5600 rpms and saw like 11 lbs of boost. So what do you think my gear ratio is now with the 20's on 3:55 stock gears? The rims are 20x10 mounted on Dunlope Sport SP9000 295/40/20 tires. Do you think 4:10 gears would get me to close to or around 3:73 with 20's? Any info would be great.
Thanks

http://www.c5-corvette.com/tirecalc.htm Here is a slick site that will calculate speedo, tire heigth, width, odometer, and gear ratio changes. Use the "B" side for the larger size rims as the drop down menu on the "B" side has larger rim selections available!! Basically, I think you will find that if you are running the 295/40/20, this is a slightly taller setup than stock, and you will be lowering your gear ratio. If I remember on my 01 L with a 3.73, the above setup would lower the rear end ratio to about 3.62.

Yo Badazz, the answer to your question depends on how much you want, do you drag race your truck or what? Changing to a taller tire will kill your excelleration in the 1/4 mile but will give you more top end MPH. If you want a good compromise , you might want to switch to a 3.73 gear for the best of both worlds, good luck with your decision, John H.
