I like a lot of music, very rounded listener. Except country, I just can't get into the groove with country?..

As far as getting amped up:
Anything with a fast upbeat tempo
Punk
Metal
Rock

CKY
Atmosphere
Beastie Boys
Hieroglyphics the list just goes on forever..
The Stones
guns n roses

I'm not a big Country fan; but, some fast paced Blue Grass will get your heart a pumpin'. I do have to admit, "Duelling Banjos" is one of my favorite all time tunes.
