Angry FACTORY TECH - Transmission problems??

I ran my L at the track last night, 4 runs. One run it hit the limiter in 1st and bounced off a few times, which i doubt is a trans problem. Today i started it up and it felt like it moved a bit, even though it was in park, maybe it was just me, but i thought i felt something. Then i ran down the highway and when i got off i stopped at a red line. After leaving the light, the truck would NOT shift out of 1st gear. It wound up to about 4,000 rpm, and i wasn't on the gas, at all, maybe 10% throttle. I let out slowly and it still didn't want to shift. Then i let out all the way and it eventually shifted. Not problems the rest of the night on the way home. Any ideas what this is? I have 7,800 miles on it and it's been stock until about 2-3 weeks ago. Could it be the tranny or is it a chip issue?
Thanks for any help, and i'm looking forward to the Factory Tech unit showing up next week!!

Go to the dealer and see if you burned a code, or try to disconnect the battery and clear it first, if you're worried about mods and your warranty, if that doesn't work the dealer can still see the code. Very small chance you glazed the intermediates or even less likely you may have burned up something in the solenoid. But it's prolly software.

Thanks for the info! Amazing response time too! I'm thinking i should pull the chip and try to clean the contacts better. It's been on for a few weeks but... So, fweeew, hopefully it's not the trans. I'll keep you posted if anything else comes of it and i'll let you know how i like the new kit!
