Thumbs up Finally hit the 10s :-)

Well, I can't say it was easy. Made some changes to the truck over the winter, and was plagued with gremlins since then. Broken parts, poor traction, tuning new combo, etc.,etc. But today the gods of ETs were smiling on me. After trying to get the truck ready for some racing, I did some test and tune today. Right off the trailer, the Big Red Machine went 10.78 @ 127.68 with a 1.51 60ft . It was a hell of a ride. Felt like I was at warp speed, Mr. Scott. I had an ear to ear grin when they handed me the timeslip. I'll post it in a bit once I scan it. BTW, for those using the Hooiser radial slicks, I was running 14 psi for tht hook.

Here's the slip, it's easier to use the digital camera then to scan, LOL.

Sal,

Congrats. Nice run.

What's that .203, LOL. You were in a hurry to get down the track. I'm usually sleeping at the light. They've threatened to bring out a pillow for me, LMAO.

Chuck, my track runs a .500 sportsmans light, but they display reaction times based on .000 being perfect. So a .203 os really a .703 light. I don't know why they do it like this, it's been like that since I can remember, and nobody seems to complain.
