Smoked a LSI SS & T/A last night!

so last night I was up by bob kurgan house checking out his new mustang that him and eddie are building, first off let me say this thing was BAD!!!!!!

So on the way home we where cruising down the 355 and from behind comes a New SS and T/A and they pass me just a bit. So I'm sitting there thinking to myself how much I would like to tear apart both of those LS1's. So I got up next to them and we where going around a corner and they both new where going to race so as soon as we hit this beautiful straightaway the SS hits it and the T/A hits it and then I said alright lets go! The truck shift into 2nd gear from a 50 MPH roll and that was it! I jumped up ahead up them almost immediately and took off like they where standing still . The truck kept on accelerating ad shift inot 3rd gear and chirp the tires and kept on pulling even harder. By the time I got to 130MPH, whihc wasn't long the ss and T/A where atleast (no joke) a half a city block behind me and still trying to go at it. So I shut it down and put the hazards on as a Sign on my vistory and they came flying past me with a common ricer flybye as some of you may call it. I don't think those guys new what happened back there and they where scarred cause they kept on going and going. There girls in the passenger seats where probably giving them chit for getting whacked by a pickup truck, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

i just wanted to share that with you guys cause I've never layed the smack down that bad before and this was really really bad! those LS1's are supposed to be top end monsters too, not anymore!!!

ADIOS!

P.S. this was at 12:15 at night so we where the only cars on the road at the moment guys. Just wanted to say that before I get mother F'd now, HAHAHAHAHHA

Killa, what winter mods did you do, just a trans or?

You may have to change your name, RT's would need a 2-3 second jump to be fair.

Your truck must be modded to $#!+
Otherwise, there's no way you could walk an SS like that, especially from a 50mph roll?
........

Joe,

Great story, and at least you didn't do it in heavy traffic like some have done.

Tim,
I thought twice about doing it, but it was real late and there was nobody in front of us at all for miles, so what the hell!

SHAME ON YOU! YOU ARE ENDANGERING LIVES BY RACING ON THE STREET.

On a side note did you use nitrous? I can't wait to get my engine back and smoke some of the fox body guys talking smack. I had to add some nitrous just to be safe.

You must not have been around much lately. Do a search on recent posts by RTKILLA and you'll see exactly what's been done. I'll summarize by saying, yes his truck has indeed been "modded to $#!+".

Joe: I got mine from Metco at the NMRA event. I think JL has some(???), but I d/k if he or anyone else has 'custom' sizes.

They really are good about not slipping. I'd try various auto parts stores.............
