Rear Glass Springs

I just put the glass rear leaf springs on my L. What would be a good shock to complement these springs and tone down the po-go stick effect?

I don't have the glass springs but mine is lowered 3" and I'm using Doetsch Tech Nitro Active shocks and the ride is great, smoother than stock.

Ck your springs at the center[where they go over the axle] every once in awhile I know that the Astro vans had problems with them breaking there.Stan
