Fuel Guage

Topped off the fuel tank yesterday and fuel guage reads below Empty. Worked perfect until I filled here up! Whats up with that? Anyone else had this happen? Truck is a 99 Lightning and never had a problem till now!

My guess would be bad electrical connection to the sending unit or the guage.

On the other hand, I don't know anything so don't listen to me!

If you fill it up when its runing the gauge will read empty. If not that i would lean twords a sender.
