Do you have a contact for the X-plan offer you posted before? I sent mine in before the deadline; but I have not received any information yet.

I had the same problem so I sent an email to AXZPlan@ford.com. I let them know I hadn't received it, and I had my PIN w/in 24 hrs. Now, I'm trying to get an '02HD!

 

Good info WiteSVT...thanks. When you write to them, tell them the application was from Ford Investor Relations. Alot of people have been telling them they got the x-plan from a friend. This leads the person at Ford to think that someone gave them their X-Plan PIN which is not the case and leads to much confusion.

Another way folks have been contacting Ford is by calling Ford's 800 number and asking for the number to the X-Plan people.

Just be patient, I sent mine in around the 29th of March, and just got mine Monday 4/22/02. When I called I did say someone gave me a X-plan, and like the Hylandr said, they just had a BIG ?mark over there heads. So I just said the heck with it, and then it showed up. I hope this helps.

I did something similar to what Hylandr said and wrote that I sent it in as part of the Friend and Family program c/o Share Holder Relations.

I joined EAA in March thinking I could get my xplan in for this summer only to find they changed their policy. Silly me, I should have joined last summer when I could have gotten one right away (I wasnt planning on buying then though). Do you know if there is any other way to get on the xplan so I can buy on it before next March???
