I've always loved the looks of the Shadows. What color is that called ? It looks like it has a truckload of metalflake in it! I normally don't care for the smaller cruisers, but that one gets the thumbs up! Beautiful!

Screw Harley's. Those over priced, unreliable POS's that leak oil everwhere. Although I hear they are making them better these days. One good thing about Harleys is they sure hold their resale value like no other. That's for sure.
Hey Beef, that is one sweeeeeeeeeeeeet bike. My wife and I are planning on getting a Honda Shadow in a couple of years too. Just last Saturday we were looking on the Honda web site drooling over the exact one you just got! How funny. Sort of ironic in a way. We love that paint scheme. Lucky dog!
Hell in a couple of years when we do eventually get one we might be able to afford a Valkyrie. That's what we really want. But that 750 Shadow is perfect. Good job and thumbs up!

Wink

Nice Fatboy I like most bikes just as I like most cars and trucks. But I would have to disagree about the POS remark on the Harley, I bought mine new in 2000 and it is the most comfortable bike that I have ever owned or rode. It is no POS by any means. The way I look at is just be happy with what ever you ride and don't knock what other people chose to ride. We are all out there for one reason, we love to ride...

i agree with your statement,

as i am a die hard ford fan , i still love and respect anything with speed,

i like some of the harleys, i love the new v rod, but, i would spend 12-13 vs the 25 you'll end up paying for a vrod anyday

nice bike, Beef. the first mod, you should look into, is the biggest, loudest set of air horns, you can buy. i thought i was going to run out of air, yesterday, on my ride home. mostly SUV's, drivers on cell phones, moving into my lane, like i wasn't there. i think those air horns actually caused a couple of them to crap their pants.
