i check the fuse and even replaced the relay. and still the foglights wont work. can anyone tell me what else it could be?

 

replace the fuse.. it might still be bad even though you checked it..

 

is it the stock fog with the stock wire harness that doesnt work or the new ones wired up?

there are two wires going to the fogs, on my 00, it is a black and black white, black white is ground, use a volt meter touch one volt meter lead to each of the two wires do u get 11.9 to 12.5 volts positive or negative with the truck not running but fogs on?
