... the make or break issue on leasing new space for your business is whether you can install a shade canopy for your baby.

Heh... just moved to new office space, and the main criteria (before space/cost/etc) was if there was room out back for parking, and whether I could put up a 10 by 20 foot canopy. Gots to keep the red L out of the mean old Florida sun ya know...

 

What no overhead door so you can pull it into the office? Find a new space. LOL

 

Actually there is... hmm... if I ditch about half of that space wasting inventory... shift everything to the front... heh

 

I need to get an ISOBARIC chamber for my truck! I have a huge wharehouse (80,000 SQFT) that I would have no problem pulling in one side and driving out the other, but the guy next to our office makes the resins for Hot tubes and other cementitious materials and this white powder infects EVERYTHING!!!!! I hate driving my truck to the office just for that reason! Its so bad that if you clean your truck in the morning and come to work, by lunch time you can write your name in the powder on the hood!

Me and my brother are working on getting my dad to let us build a garage space with negative air so we can keep our cars clean atleast. I don't think he's going to let that fly.
