The following came directly from an e-mail that Mike sent me when I asked the same question:

My intention was to test my power pipe on my bone stock 2000 Lightning but I just sold it several weeks ago. This would have given me a clean number for HP and torque without any other mods. On my 1999 Lightning with the power pipe added to the billet throttle body and my long tube headers I saw an improvement of over 16 horse power and this was over an already modified intake system (80 mm Pro-M and conical filter with a custom inlet tube).

Hope that helps,

Dan
