2lber Plugs

Do the stock plugs need to be changed out when going to the 2lb pulley? Only mods i have are an air kit and a superchip.....

just wondering

Stock plugs suck man. They hold heat because of the type plug they are. So yes, Get you some NGK TR 5's and be done with it. Gapped @ .044

none of the dealers here will do it b/c of the warranty issue and i dont feel confident enough to try.................

I have a guy that will put the plugs in for you very reasonable if you want to drive to Daytona only 1 1/2 hours away I was going to go to the dealer they told me 250.00 for replacing the plugs I thought that was outrageous anyway here is my email HARILAOS@AOL.COM

They said it couldn't be done. I'm running NGK BR7EF's on the street. No detonation, and only an occasional misfire.

I have a Swanson custom chip, that I suspect is the reason for my success with them. Probably a little lean. The TR-6's I pulled out were a little ragged. I've run these plugs for about 7k miles now.

I emailed him about the info, I am in Tallahassee(FSU)! Let me know if you ever wanna catch up! I might give these plugs a shot this weekend, if not I will take em over to daytona(gives me an excuse to hang out at the beach)
