Prayer For Roush
Prayer For Roush
I haven't posted lately so I don't know if any one already posted about this...I just heard on NESN Jack Roushs' small plane crashed in a lake. They say he is stable, but got REAALLY banged up. If anyone has more detail...chime in. I hope he's all right.
The latest I have heard is that he has been upgraded from "stable but critical" to "serious" condition. It has also been reported that he was able to respond to doctors and family with hand squeezes or other movements.
I saw one other post on here about Jack. I am really surprised that more Lightning owners have not shown concern about his condition, considering his company helped in the development of the Lightning powertrain. He is one of the reasons the Lightning even exists.
It's kinda sad really, but it seems like lately this board is mostly about looking out for number one and not giving a crap about anyone else.

As much as we'd all like to post on this matter, it doesn't mean that no posts = no feelings on the matter. Everyone, or mostly everyone, on this and other boards knows who Jack Roush is and how symbolic he is not only to Ford Racing, but the sport as a whole.
I'm sure everyone's prayers are with him and his family..........just that not everyone posts about it. It sure looks a lot more promising than it did a couple days ago for Jack. At least he is responsive, and seems to be doing better.................Also, let's not forget the close call Joe Gibbs avoided a few weeks back when his helicopter went kaputz........luckily he wasn't in it!
We all think about it, and pay respect in our own way..........and I sure don't think that if we don't post regarding this, but DO post regarding a chip or pulley, it doesn't mean that we don't care, etc.
All that being said, Team Roush was hurting this week at Talladega!!! Would have been nice if one of his drivers would have taken home the checkered flag.........oh well, maybe next week!
