Question What did you pay>???

I was just wondering what every1 payed for their Lightnings new. I bought my 01' in october for $29,299 with a bedliner installed. I am just curious. If you don't want to tell it is no big deal. I am pretty sure I got a good deal and I just wanted to kno whow goo dit was compared to what every1 else payed. -Mat-

Bought my 01 in March of last year, bed cover and duraliner installed. Got it on the X-Plan for $28,900 (if I remember right :P ). Traded it in for $22,000 ($700 less than I owed) in March of this year... Now have an F350 PSD 4x4

Bought my 00 Lightning "new" in October 2000 for $27,100 (without X- or A-Plan) from a dealer in NH. I say "new" because the truck had ~250 miles on it from when the owner of Autofair Ford took it to an auto show when the Silver color first came out. The way I figured it, he couldn't have beaten it any worse than I was planning to, so I didn't mind. Plus, I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten such a good deal normally.

Later...

IMHO if you paid any thing less than sticker, $32,500, you did well. Enjoy it, no matter what you paid!

I paid MSRP+1k ... but I got my 6/60k ESP thrown in for "free".

I ordered mine on Feb 25, 2000, got deilvery on March 24. If I wanted to pay sticker at a different dealer, I would have had to wait until June, which I couldn't do.

I would

I would enjoy mine no matter what I paid. I love my truck. I am at complete ease when driving it. If I had a crappy day at work the drive home makes up for it. I was just curious as to what others have paid that is all not saying I enjoy mine more b/c I paid less then the next guy or more for that matter. -Mat-
