Just wanted to know if anyone knew of any good Shops in Georgia that knows everything about Lightnings. Any problems, ideas and do modification work...Also, do they do any dyno testings? If not who does in Ga.? Could you also provide any telephones numbers also....Still trying decipher my problems..

Man, I'm sorry you are still having problems with your L. I thought some of us would come up with 'the' solution.

Since Gene Evans Ford was unable to help you, I d/k where else to suggest to try . I dyno mine in Thomasville but there are several good dyno shops in and around the big A, but I'm not familiar with a specific one.

Look at this link for some possible help...

Team Ford in Marietta

Call Chuck's(service writer) direct line 678-581-4795. Tell him Jerry Brown with red 2kL told you to call him. Ask to have Scott Levine SVT tech to be assigned to your problem. Tony is good, too, but not as good as Scott INMO. Scott is only Jewish auto tech I've ever heard off-- maybe unless one owns own business. Means nothing, but curious fact. Scott builds & races cars. good Luck

Thanks a lot guys!

Hey Lightningrod, thanks for all of your suggestions and help man..I guess last resort is that i'll take it to the guy in Marrietta to see if he can troubleshoot my problem...I asked specifically at Gene Evans ford to assign my truck to a tech who knows all about them..I guess they got offended and took it as if i meant the rest weren't good enough..Yesterday i spent the entire day under the hood just tinkering with different things...I readjusted my air filter, making sure all lines and connections were tightened and secured, also i pulled the intake boot away from the throttle body to make sure the flaps were opening properly..Thanks guys for all your help and i shall post the results after this last try...Maybe i should purchase an 02 Lightning, what you guys think?

Hey go checkout Atlantachassisdyno.com . Their website is just coming together but they have been doing Dyno tuning/engine modifications/chip burning for sometime. They used to be out on Buford highway just outside Atlanta but I moved to Florida and havent seen them in a couple years but know they are still around..FWIW they tuned/modified my 600+rwhp mustang 3 years ago and its still kicking..good luck
