Thumbs up Drove the ZR1 KILLA TODAY

I just thought I would share a little news with all of you. Don came up to Maine today to see my new baby boy and to visit. He was kind enough to let me take his truck for a drive and all I can say is Jim did a great job with it. I think I was making him a little nervous though, I caught him grabbing the Oh ***** HANDLES a couple of times, I don't think he is use to my driving style.
His truck pulls real strong and I think when he gets the new blower and a more agressive tune in a few weeks that it will be a great ride. I am really looking forward to this racing season and spending time with all of you at some of the events. I think this is going to be a great year and I can't wait to break MLNIUM loose and get some track time in.
Here is to a great year and I hope we all reach our goals, good luck to all of us.
Bill

Bill your a motivator. You should have joined the Marines. You have the requesite qualities to get one man to kill another and have fun doing it. Exactly what we need in the grunts.

Thank you, I am a military brat, my dad was in the Marines, then the Army, then the Army National Gaurd, and then he retired out of the Air Force.
I did do a 6x2 in the Army National Gaurd right out of high school. I didn't care for the part time thing but I did enjoy basic and AIT. I guess I should have gone in full time and I would probably still be in, and I would be in better shape. lol

Richard,
Thanks brother, I do my best, but I am not with out my flaws.
But all in all I have a pretty good life, having a great wife and now my son, I couldn't ask for much more, God has certainly blessed me and I thank him every day.
Most people here and on the other Lightning sites seem to be great people, I am very happy to have the Lightning community as an extended family. I have a great time with all of you and have made some close friends through all of this. It's all good.
