Help with an Xplan pin number please

A good friend of mine needs an Xplan pin number. Is there anybody here that has one that they could give him? That EEA group just changed policy and it takes a year to get a pin number now. Thanks guys

It is too late now.They ended on march 31st 2002.

Even if it didnt end,You cant give someone yours,It is cross checked with the pin# and social security #.........
