2 sides to every story
As a business owner i am hesitant to do business with anyone who has been to everyone else in town, I have competitors and I know some of them do good work and are reasonable people. as a matter of fact i am friendly with some of my competitor and we give each other the heads up on who is not good to do business with. what is happening here is my biggest fear, if me and this great customer have a disagreement he is liable to trash my name all over town.
just remeber, most peoples goal is to make their truck a little (or alot) faster, a tunners goal is to make a living. I think it is sad that someone trying to make a living is being trashed because someone got their feelings hurt in a private phone call.

What Bdave said above is true there are ALWAYS at least 2 sides to every story....
In the case of JDM his side is rarely presented here because he is not a supporting vendor so keep that in mind when you read these types of posts... This one has gone long enough...
