Smile Back on the road

Hey all
I am back on the road, the truck is running awesome.

For all of you curious about the new blower it isn't on right now. Jim found a last minute problem and had to send it to his machine shop. It did get back while I was there, but by then it was to late to put it on.

So in a week or two I am going back to get it put on, and have him reburn the chip. I am running the stock blower with my metco upper, and a 6# lower pulley. He has it tuned real rich right now, he wants me to put some miles on it before he tunes it more agressive.

I will tell you it run awesome, it is going to be one sick beast

here is a pic or two of the engine build up.

Don -

At least you can vouch for the fact that the blower does exist. I'm glad to hear it feels strong even w/o the blower and being detuned.

Are you going to dyno it when the other blower goes on?

Glad to hear you're back on the road again! Will you be updated and tuned for FOMOCO's May 4th event?

Pics of the motor but still no pics of the blower?

This JDM blower is becoming a bad joke. How many times has Jim or someone else said they'd have pics up soon?

This is not a flame, but everyone's waiting for pics and not seeing any. How hard is it to get a pic?

Like where? NLOC? SVTperf? Here?

There apparently were some pics on SVTperf, but they don't come up anymore.

Link(s)? Anyone?

Thanks guys
Boy is it fun to back in the L, I have allready put 450 miles on the motor. This morning when I left my building I set off 3 car alarms, LOL

Ed I got your pulley, I didn't get home till midnight. If the weather is good tomorow night I will be racing. WEEEEEEEEEEEEE

RT I am not sure about wfc , but yes a roll bar is going in

Whip street maners are just awesome, smooth and strong. Just tap the gas and the needle pegs the boost guage.

I am sure Talimeca will chime in later, I let him take it out for a little spin.

Don,
I am very happy for you, I know you were without the ZR1 killa for a while but just think about it this way, she didn't have to see any salt this year. I will be looking forward to having you come up to let me check it out in person. And I hope you get to run her tomorrow, if the weather holds out.
As far as all the sceptics go on the new blower, it does exist, I know you haven't seen the proof and you can call BS if you want. That is ok, but just because someone doesn't show you pictures of it doesn't mean that it is not so. Don will have his in a couple of weeks and I will also have one soon. So even if you don't see the pictures you will still know deep down that we do have them when all you see is tail lights. lol
The proof will be out soon, sometimes there is delays and ***** does happen to slow things down, but hang in there or buy a different blower, it doesn't matter to me since I choose to wait.
Was the wait worth it for Don, I would think so from what we have talked, will it be worth the wait for me? I don't think that should even be a question in anyones minds, I believe in JDM and you all will see why when my truck hits the track
So no more about doubting this blower, it is coming to a track nearby very soon. Hang in there, it will be worth the wait........
Bill

Est #'s
550-600 crank HP
