Help-- What is needed for s/c install on 5.4?

I would like to know what is needed to install the L S/C on my 00' 5.4 expo...

Is it too much of a hastle? It would be fun to have the L along with a S/c expo..

Would i have to get the upgraded pistons/rods? What would i need? I wanted an honest opinion from people who would know more than I do about the S/C setup....

I can across a new L S/C on ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1820980418

and and L intercooler...

save you money in the long run

find a wrecked L and snarf the engine, tranny, pcm, lower control arms, spindles, front sway bar, radiator, fuel pumps, gauge cluster, et. al.

the intercooler on ebay looks like an original 99-00 unit. (read: ABSOLUTE JUNK!!!) it WILL leak, period.

much easier to start fresh/doner vehicle than to constantly break items not designed or intended for the application.

...i'm sure there are other items you'll need also

just do a Procharger,Vortech or Paxton. it will be cheaper and less changeover parts
