I would love to, but I don't think I'm going to have the beast ready. I got the headers on and the cats on last night but I couldn't get the cat back on the truck. Nothing seems to work out the way I want it too!

Joe,

I had problems getting my Bassani X-pipe on the new mid pipes too. The X-pipe shrunk just enough from tightening the catback system that they would not fit. After farting around with it for over an hour I just took it to a muffler shop and the guy expanded the X-pipe in 15 seconds. I came home and it slipped right on, I finished the long tube "process" in the next 20 minutes

Thats just what I was thinking about doing. Ok so I know that will get that to work then, thank god!!!! I must have held that pipe and trid to wiggle it one there, WD40 it on there, I tried everything but it would only go on a little bit. I was ready to buy a new cat back last night, not cause this one didn't fit but becuase I almost took this one and threw it down the street in frustation! The damn headers went on so fast that I was happy and then it went to pist like that!!!! So much easier to install then the bassani's, thanks for that one!

No problem man......trust me I felt the same way. I tried everything you mentioned and only got mine in like 1". I knew that would never hold together and I am not into doing stuff half a$$ed. BTW, the dude at the muffler shop didn't even charge me for expanding the X-pipe, since it took him all of 15 seconds.

Unhappy

I will be out of town Sunday. I wonder if Mrs. BigD or Mrs. reality1 would drive my L up there so mine could be in the running?
