engine clatter at cold startup

Do any of you have this problem? If so, what's the deal? I only started noticing it after my recent 4th oil change at 9100 miles.

The only thing you can do, is go to 5w-30 synthetic

Throw the FRAM filter away and use a Motorcraft, then 10W30 no more noise.

Andre, I have gone to 10W30 already. Will the motorcraft filter eliminate the rest?
